The work:As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and production-grade data products in Palantir Foundry
- Create and maintain data pipeline and ensure data quality across systems.
- Implement ETL processes for migrating and deploying data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions.
- Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Act as an independent performer and develop subject-matter expertise.
- Actively participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Here is what you need:- US citizenship (Secret clearance eligible)
- Bachelors degree and 7+ years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry.
- Experience implementing ETL processes and building data pipelines.
- Strong skills in ensuring data quality.
- Ability to work independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Familiarity with the manipulation of unstructured data in a data analytics environment, and the use of open-source tools, cloud computing, machine learning and data visualization.
Preferred Experience- Active DOD Secret clearance highly desired
- Expert proficiency in Database Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Functional Designs.
- Advanced proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA).
- Familiar with specialized languages relevant to the technologies employed such as Apache, Hadoop, etc.
