Your opportunity

As a Data Engineer, you will build and maintain reliable data pipelines and solutions on the Janus Henderson Data Platform. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure data quality and support critical business processes.

  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, Databricks, and supporting technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to deliver integrated data solutions.
  • Optimise queries and storage for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Apply CI/CD and observability practices to improve reliability and performance.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with governance standards.
  • Support production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and assist with root cause analysis.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills

  • Hands-on experience in data engineering and pipeline development using Snowflake and/or Databricks.

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$115,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through September 30, 2026.
