About the Role

The DC Lead • Recruitment manages and develops a team of Outreach Community Partners across Centific's active US markets. This role owns the pod's participant recruitment pipeline, drives team performance, and partners with the DC Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure participant supply meets project demand.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in community outreach, recruitment, or AI data collection, a record of direct people management, and the problem-solving instincts to keep a distributed team on track.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team through regular 1:1s, structured feedback, and development conversations
  • Assign markets and projects based on individual strengths, geography, and priorities
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, culturally aware team environment
  • Support top performers' career growth; address underperformance with direct, constructive coaching


Pipeline Management & Outreach Operations
  • Own the pod's sign-up and registration targets; monitor pipeline daily and adjust strategy as projects shift
  • Review partner pipelines and channel performance; identify demographic gaps and realign effort to hit targets
  • Drive outreach across digital, in-person, referral, and community channels - encouraging creative approaches across all active markets
  • Coordinate with the PC Lead and PMs to align participant supply with session scheduling needs
  • Support development of outreach materials that engage diverse participant populations


Reporting, Process Improvement & Stakeholder Communication
  • Maintain team performance records; provide pipeline updates, KPI summaries, and risk flags to the DC Manager
  • Escalate delivery risks proactively with context and a recommended path
  • Lead onboarding of new team members - tools, training, and market knowledge
  • Gather team feedback and propose improvements to strategies, tools, and workflows


Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in English - required for all team and stakeholder communication
  • Professional written and verbal communication; represents Centific credibly across all levels
  • 2+ years direct people management with a track record of coaching and driving results
  • 3+ years in recruitment, community outreach, or talent acquisition with a record of hitting pipeline targets
  • Strong team-building skills; able to unify a distributed, diverse team
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel); comfortable with digital outreach platforms and open to AI-assisted tools
  • Creative problem solver who navigates ambiguity and decides under time pressure


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in AI data collection, research operations, or crowdsourcing program delivery strongly preferred
  • Background managing outreach or recruitment operations across multiple cities or geographic markets simultaneously
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms, CRM systems, or sourcing tools
  • Experience building community outreach programs or partnerships from the ground up
  • Speaking multiple languages is a plus


Success Metrics
  • Pod-level participant sign-up and registration targets met consistently across all active markets
  • Team outreach activity sustained across multiple channels and strategies each week
  • Booked and confirmed session targets achieved - participants who show up and complete
  • Individual Outreach Community Partner KPI attainment across the team
  • Team retention and engagement - low churn, strong morale, and measurable individual growth


Compensation Range: 100K - 120K USD
