We are seeking a Data Center Senior Project Manager who is looking for an opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility, in any of our Deweberry offices. Our growing, fast-paced site/civil engineering practice seeks a client focused, highly motivated, organized engineer. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading technical teams in all aspects of site/civil project design with initial focus on land development and site/civil projects within our National Programs Market Sector. The types of projects anticipated are with private sector and commerical accounts with a focus on data centers. Knowledge of industry standards and proven ability regarding site development drawing production required. Extensive coordination and meetings with the client are anticipated to meet project requirements, scope, and need.

Required Skills & Required Experience
  • BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field.+ years' progressive design experience directly related to site/civil development projects.
  • 8+ years of experience
  • PE license required
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft 365 Apps is required.
  • Proven track record of meetingproject and client deadlines.
  • Worksin a timely fashion to meet project budgets.
  • Communicateseffectively with clients, coworkers, sub consultants, and review agency staff.
  • Composestechnical reports, memorandums and other written communication such as email.
  • Ability to multi-task and work simultaneously on several projects at once.

Salary Range

The projected range for this position is $159,000-$227,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
