Full Job Description
We're looking for a Data Centre Manager to lay the foundation for our AI compute infrastructure across the US. You'll be our hands-on lead technical specialist on the ground, owning everything from the first site walkthrough to the moment a high-density GPU cluster goes live. You'll take empty spaces and colo data halls and turn them into operational AI compute sites end to end.

Responsibilities
  • Own the technical execution and infrastructure setup across our US compute sites, covering power, cooling, mechanical and electrical systems, to the highest standard of performance and reliability.
  • Lead early-stage site evaluations, assessing prospective spaces and colo data halls for technical feasibility before we commit.
  • Drive the full deployment lifecycle from site assessment and hardware selection through to physical installation, commissioning, and handover to live operations.
  • Act as the primary technical presence on the floor, working directly alongside contractors and internal teams to bring each site online.
  • Execute technical fitouts end to end, including logistics, equipment rigging, rack installation, and high-density hardware deployment.
  • Install, validate, and maintain direct-to-chip liquid cooling loops and the surrounding critical infrastructure.
  • Set and enforce structural, mechanical, and electrical safety standards across every site you own.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects from the ground up, including DC fitouts, critical facility builds, or commissioning within colo or hyperscale environments. Owned end-to-end.
  • Deep technical ownership of mission-critical power infrastructure, covering HV/LV distribution, UPS, backup generation, and switchgear. Designed, maintained, or commissioned these systems directly.
  • Cooling systems depth across CRAC/CRAH, chilled water loops, and CDUs. Liquid cooling hands-on experience (direct-to-chip, immersion, rear-door) is a strong differentiator.
  • Exposure to high-density compute: HPC hardware, GPU rack architectures, or high-density data suites. Strong understanding of what extreme power density demands from the surrounding infrastructure.
  • Highly autonomous and self-directed, with a track record of taking full ownership of physical infrastructure projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Open to candidates based anywhere in the US. Our sites are nationwide.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • Biannual bonus scheme
  • Fully expensed tech to match your needs
  • Paid annual leave
  • Breakfast and dinner allowance for office based employees
