About the Role- Job Title: Data Center Construction Manager
- Location:ANNAPOLIS JCT, 20701
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination & Administration:Managing project documentation, supporting MSOW submissions, coordinating procurement tasks, and facilitating internal meetings.
- Construction Support (Field & Office):Attending site walks, supporting Construction Manager with logistics, and participating in strategic coordination meetings.
- Reporting & Communication:Preparing project reports, assisting in meeting preparation, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications- Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and collaborate effectively.
- Foundational knowledge in construction processes, scheduling, cost management, and quality control.
- Proficiency with tools and PMIS tools.
Desired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in construction coordination or field engineering.
- Experience with datacenter or industrial/mission-critical projects.
LocationSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 - $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
