Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, information systems, or business.
• 3 years of data management or project management experience.
• Secret Clearance required.
• 2+ years of experience in automating processes (desired).
• Completion of courses on Power BI, machine learning/artificial intelligence, and business management (desired).

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize thousands of documents and gigabytes of data generated from contracts and internal team inputs.
• Standardize data and document configurations to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Apply security controls to protect sensitive information across various classifications.
• Automate data handling and office processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
• Lead project teams in the execution of automation initiatives and the application of AI/ML.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and teams during the execution of automation projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Train team members on utilizing automated processes and machine learning capabilities effectively.
