JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in Data and Analytics, you will lead client success and change management initiatives to ensure the effective adoption of new AI technologies across analytics teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring teams adapt to new ways of working. Central to your role will be the design, implementation, and management of a persona-based training program that uplifts skillsets and maximizes the value of AI-driven tools.
 
 
Job responsibilities
  • Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives
  • Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
  • Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
  • Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to drive successful adoption of AI technologies and new analytics tools across diverse teams.
  • In partnership with HR and D&A leaders, Design, implement, and manage a persona-based training program tailored to the unique needs and skill levels of different user groups. Partner with analytics teams, business leaders, and technology partners to understand challenges, gather feedback, and address barriers to adoption.
  • Create and deliver engaging training content, workshops, and resources that promote continuous learning and skill development. Monitor and measure adoption rates, training effectiveness, and user satisfaction, using data-driven insights to refine programs and approaches.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for end users, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are addressed throughout the transformation journey.
  • Lead communication efforts to articulate the value of new tools and processes, building excitement and buy-in across the organization.
 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
  • Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
  • Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies 
  • Proven track record in leading change management initiatives and driving technology adoption in large, complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage effective training programs
  • Deep experience in supporting end users through technology transitions, collecting and acting on feedback, and ensuring sustained adoption and value realization.
  • Experience collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including analysts, business leaders, and technology teams. Ability to assess adoption challenges, analyze feedback, and develop targeted solutions to drive success.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and delivering results on time.  Understanding of data analytics platforms, AI-driven solutions, and the challenges associated with their adoption.
  • Significant experience leading large-scale change management and client success initiatives, with a focus on technology adoption and user enablement.
