As a
senior data analyst on the Emerging Markets team within Claims Control, you'll provide analytical support for innovative business initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to transition between business areas, strategic agendas, and leadership teams as priorities change. Initially, you'll work with our Transportation Network Carrier (TNC) business, then transition to supporting new and evolving business initiatives such as Fleet & Specialty Programs (FSP). In this role, you'll focus on reporting, business performance analysis, trend monitoring, and strategic decision support. You'll partner with business leaders to identify emerging risks, challenges, and opportunities. You'll transform complex data into actionable recommendations that guide business strategy and operational decisions. You'll anticipate analytical needs, uncover developing trends, and recommend solutions that help partners address challenges and capitalize on opportunities. Depending on the business area, you'll establish foundational reporting, performance metrics, and analytical frameworks for new or evolving initiatives.

Minimum qualification- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience
Preferred skill- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Snowflake, including querying, transforming, analyzing, and troubleshooting large and complex datasets.
- Proficiency in analytical programming languages such as R, Python, SAS, or similar tools, including automation and development of reusable analytical solutions.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms, with the ability to design dashboards and communicate complex findings through effective data storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to identify emerging risks, challenges, and opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations that influence strategic and operational decision-making.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights, build cross-functional partnerships, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Compensation- $81,400 - $108,500/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
