Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will help drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations that will support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems

- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis

- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Develop and implement data quality and data governance processes

- Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize data collection and analysis

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

- Experience with data modeling and database design

- Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
