As a Data Analyst II, you'll work alongside clinical, operational, and quality leaders to transform data into meaningful insights that improve healthcare outcomes across our organization.

Hourly Pay: $37.95-$44.60

What You'll Do
  • Build meaningful analytics by developing dashboards, reports, and automated data solutions that help leaders make informed decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing clinical and operational data, uncovering trends, and supporting quality initiatives, including HEDIS, GPRA, UDS, and other key performance measures.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve reporting processes, validate data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights that enhance patient care and organizational performance.
  • Champion data integrity by maintaining reliable datasets, troubleshooting reporting issues, documenting methodologies, and supporting regulatory compliance and data governance.


Experience and Skills
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop reports, dashboards, and data analyses that support business and operational decision-making.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL, including writing joins, aggregations, and performing data validation.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and at least one data visualization or reporting tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or a similar platform.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare quality measures, including HEDIS, GPRA, UDS, and other healthcare performance metrics.
