JD:
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Data & Analytics Platform managed services operations across Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Azure.
- Own service governance, intake management, prioritization, capacity planning, SLA adherence and executive reporting.
- Establish and manage support operating model, escalation framework, service improvement plans and stakeholder communications.
- Drive proactive platform adoption, operational excellence, risk management, security compliance and platform roadmap alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering, security and support teams to deliver scalable and reliable platform services.
The pay range for this role is
$150,000 - $200,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
