The RoleAs the Cyrel® North American Equipment Service Manager, you will support the Flexographic Solutions business by ensuring equipment reliability, maximizing uptime, and delivering high-quality customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support across equipment installation lifecycle (pre, during, post)
- Partner with Sales to align technical solutions with customer requirements
- Serve as escalation point for equipment service issues
- Manage and support third-party service providers
- Collaborate with global experts and OEM partners to resolve issues
- Lead equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize diagnostic tools and technologies to improve service effectiveness
- Guide and prioritize activities across technical support resources
- Deliver hands-on problem solving and technical leadership
Minimum Qualifications- 10+ years in flexographic printing and equipment service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide recommendations
- Experience with Salesforce, ServiceMax, or similar CRM
- Familiarity with invoicing and service-related financial processes
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
