Cyrel® North American Equipment Service Manager
Wilmington, DE (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)

The Role

As the Cyrel® North American Equipment Service Manager, you will support the Flexographic Solutions business by ensuring equipment reliability, maximizing uptime, and delivering high-quality customer support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support across equipment installation lifecycle (pre, during, post)
  • Partner with Sales to align technical solutions with customer requirements
  • Serve as escalation point for equipment service issues
  • Manage and support third-party service providers
  • Collaborate with global experts and OEM partners to resolve issues
  • Lead equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and technologies to improve service effectiveness
  • Guide and prioritize activities across technical support resources
  • Deliver hands-on problem solving and technical leadership
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years in flexographic printing and equipment service
