Job Summary

The Quality Team Lead at Cyient, Inc. will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of quality professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards. This role involves leading quality initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Coordinators, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards in alignment with company policies and client requirements.
* Oversee the execution of quality control activities, including inspections, audits, and testing, across various projects and deliverables.
* Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process improvement.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to integrate quality practices throughout the project lifecycle.
* Drive the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of quality operations.
* Develop and deliver training programs on quality best practices, tools, and methodologies to team members and other relevant staff.

Job Qualifications
