Full Job Description
Your Mission

As an IT Security Specialist - Cybersecurity Framework, Policies and Standards, your mission is to develop and implement various security policies, standards, processes and metrics in the areas of information Security, Compliance and Risks Management.

Your Role & Main Responsibilities
  • Develop cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures.
  • Maintain and update all cybersecurity documents (policies, frameworks, standards, process, etc.) according to defined scheduled.
  • Coordinate the approval and publication of the new documents and control revisions
  • Create and implement communication strategy to promote the cybersecurity policies throughout the organization
  • Conduct trainings and roadshows to promote the cybersecurity policies.
  • Conducts cybersecurity risk assessments and threat models.
  • Participate in on developing mitigation plans for any security deviations and exceptions to the cybersecurity policies
  • Participate in project assessments to ensure the cybersecurity policies are respected.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Governance, Risk and Compliance team

Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of seven 5-7 years experience in IT Security
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in IT Security and Telecommunications
  • In-depth knowledge risk analysis methodologies and security standards (e.g. ISO, NIST)
  • Industry-recognized certification (CISSP, CISA, CIRISC, CISM) would be considered an asset


Prefered Qualifications
  • Bilinguism
  • Basic knowledge about threat modeling methodology
  • Knowledge of financial aspects and information technologies and common office tools
  • Aerospace industry knowledge would be considered an asset
