GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Tyonek is seeking individuals to instruct Military and Government Civilian students in Defensive Cyber Operations skills. Cyber Instructors must pass the course they are hired to instruct in; courses range from 2 weeks to 9 weeks in length. Cyber Instructors must pass a 2-week Instructor Methodology Course (how to be an instructor). Cyber Instructors must pass Instructor evaluations to become qualified as an instructor and maintain qualification.
DUTIES
Instruct lessons in course assigned. Most lessons are team-taught with 1 primary and 2 - 3 supporting instructors to facilitate students during labs.
In-depth knowledge (subject matter expertise) of lessons is required to maintain instructor qualification.
Develop new and/or update existing lessons as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of an Associate's degree in a related area is required.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in the field of Cyber Warfare/ Defensive Cyber Operations is desired.
IAT/M Level II certification is required within 90 days.
AF Cyber Weapon System experience and/or Cyber Protection Team Experience is preferred
