We're seeking a Cyber Security Solutions Architect for a full-time remote contract running from August 17, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Candidates must be eligible for a Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance, or have lived in Canada for a minimum of five (5) years to qualify for one.

This role will provide strategic cyber security and technology risk advisory services while supporting the design of secure, resilient, and compliant technology solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include assessing current and target-state architectures, identifying security risks, vulnerabilities, and control gaps, developing security standards, reference architectures, and reusable security artifacts, and enhancing secure cloud, application, and DevSecOps practices. The successful candidate will also contribute to threat modelling, vulnerability management, secure SDLC, and security testing, while supporting the integration of AI into cyber security processes and evaluating AI-related risks. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT or cyber security experience, including 3+ years as a Cyber Security Architect or senior security specialist in complex, regulated environments, with demonstrated expertise in security architecture, governance, risk management, and security controls. Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001/27002, and enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SABSA is highly desirable, while certifications including CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or AWS/Azure Security are considered strong assets.
