Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related field OR 5 years of equivalent cybersecurity experience.
• Experience enforcing security controls for cloud infrastructure and ensuring compliance with DoD frameworks.
• Skilled in managing security configurations and conducting penetration testing.
• Knowledgeable in security information and event management (SIEM) solutions, especially Microsoft Sentinel and AWS Security Hub.
• Experience developing risk assessments, continuous monitoring, and mitigation strategies in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Proficient in administering role-based access control (RBAC) and implementing least-privilege access policies.
• Expertise in managing the ATO lifecycle, including preparation of key security documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage security compliance and documentation of ATO and continuous monitoring processes.
• Implement and manage security controls and risk assessments across GovCloud environments.
• Apply knowledge of NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, FedRAMP, and DoD RMF.
• Utilize experience with SIEM, vulnerability scanning, and incident response.
• Employ expertise in cloud-native security tools and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA).
• Coordinate ATO process management including documentation and compliance.
• Ensure successful completion and maintenance of ATOs within federal environments.
