Cyber Project Manager
The Opportunity:

You know that project managers touch every single part of a business and wear multiple hats: from caring for the client and their meaningful project goals to participating in business development and being a key contributor to their employees' growth. We're looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by keeping the warfighter safe.

In this role, you'll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You'll work closely with clients to secure the DoW. You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT programs
  • 5+ years of experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams in leadership roles
  • Experience overseeing contracts, including coordination with stakeholders
  • Experience with government contracting environments such as the DoW
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity standards and the implementation of industry best practices
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps, cloud migration, and Agile practices
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • DoD 8140 baseline Level II certification or higher such as Security+, CySA+, or CISSP

  • Experience in enterprise-level planning, logistics, and operations across large portfolios, including procurement, staffing, and resource allocation
  • Experience managing performance-based programs and working with dispersed technical teams

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
