Your role and responsibilities

As a Cyber Management Analyst, you will oversee the organization, administration, and supervision of consulting resources, business operation processes, and technologies required for successful and high-quality consulting engagement service delivery to clients. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that high-quality Cybersecurity Services are consistently delivered to clients, meeting their expectations and customer satisfaction measurements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Deliver High-Quality Services: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality Cybersecurity Services to clients, meeting their expectations and customer satisfaction measurements. This involves establishing programs and policies to maintain consistent service performance and evaluating customer feedback.
Manage Contract/Account Performance: Monitor and manage contract/account financial performance to drive profitable contract and consulting practice business performance for IBM.
Oversee Team Performance: Supervise employee and subcontractor work, removing any obstacles that may hinder the team's ability to deliver services successfully.
Implement Service Performance Programs: Establish programs and policies to maintain consistent service performance, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

*This person will be required to come into the Fort Meade, MD office 5 days a week

Contract/Account Management: Exposure to managing contract/account financial performance to drive profitable business outcomes.
Team Supervision: Experience working with employee and subcontractor work, identifying and addressing obstacles to successful service delivery.
Cybersecurity Service Delivery: Exposure to delivering high-quality Cybersecurity Services, meeting client expectations and customer satisfaction measurements.
Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI is required

Contract/Account Management Skills: Exposure to managing contract/account financial performance to drive profitable business outcomes, including supervising employee and subcontractor work to ensure successful service delivery.

US Citizenship Required.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
