Position Summary: In support of the Research and Technology Protection (RTP) and Cyber Incident Damage Assessment (CIDA) program, developing an integrated Army response to technology protection issues via counterintelligence, intelligence, foreign disclosure, security policies, and U.S. Government cyber security standards. ABSC is hiring a TS/SCI for a Senior Cyber Incident Intelligence Analyst (Level III). Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: - Provide formal intelligence analysis to support the damage assessment on losses of critical technology from hostile collection efforts, to include but not limited to cyber incidents involving Defense Industrial Base (DIB) contractors, illicit technology transfers, and other events.
- Support the customer by providing recommendations and findings regarding the development and institutionalizing of critical technology damage assessment processes and procedures Army-wide.
- Support the customer in the drafting of pertinent Army policy and regulations on the protection of CTI.
Experience Required for this Role: - Formal intelligence production and the application of pertinent Intelligence Community Directives (ICD)
- Working understanding of computer network terminology and architecture
- Familiarity with computer forensic terminology/techniques
- Familiarity with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) cyber security framework and cyber security standards for DIB
Minimum Education/Training: - Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of additional intelligence analysis experience in lieu of degree AND formal all-source intelligence analysis training (e.g., Army intelligence analyst MOS training or DoD equivalent).
- Minimum Experience: 8 years of experience as an intelligence analyst and formal intelligence analysis training (e.g. Service Level intelligence analyst MOS training or DOD equivalent).
- Special Skills: A working understanding of computer network terminology and architecture, and familiarity with computer forensic terminology/techniques, and the NIST cyber security framework and cyber security standards.
- Network Plus; Security Plus; Python; and Certified Ethical Hacker.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Salary range for this requisition is: $100-130k. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
