Position Summary:In support of the Research and Technology Protection (RTP) and Cyber Incident Damage Assessment (CIDA) program, developing an integrated Army response to technology protection issues via counterintelligence, intelligence, foreign disclosure, security policies, and U.S. Government cyber security standards. ABSC is hiring a TS/SCI for a Senior Cyber Incident Intelligence Analyst with a Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, and 8 years of intelligence analyst experience (or alternative bachelor's degree (or higher) with twelve years of intelligence analyst experience). Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:- Provide formal intelligence analysis to support the damage assessment on losses of critical technology from hostile collection efforts, to include but not limited to cyber incidents involving Defense Industrial Base (DIB) contractors, illicit technology transfers, and other events.
- Support the customer by providing recommendations and findings regarding the development and institutionalizing of critical technology damage assessment processes and procedures Army-wide.
- Support the customer in the drafting of pertinent Army policy and regulations on the protection of CTI.
Experience Required for this Role:- Formal intelligence production and the application of pertinent Intelligence Community Directives (ICD)
- Working understanding of computer network terminology and architecture
- Familiarity with computer forensic terminology/techniques
- Familiarity with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) cyber security framework and cyber security standards for DIB
Education Required for this Role:- Bachelor's degree (or Master's Degree) in Intelligence Studies or 8 years of intelligence analyst experience in lieu of a degree AND all-source intelligence analyst training. (e.g., Army intelligence analyst MOS training or DoD equivalent.
- Minimum experience: 8-10 years as an intelligence analyst
- Minimum Clearance: Active TS/SCI
- Special skills: A working understanding of computer network technology and architecture, and familiarity with computer forensic terminology/techniques, and the NIST cyber security framework and cyber security standards.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Salary range for this requisition is: $100-110k.
