Job Description

The Cyber Growth & Mission Strategy Lead drives business development, and mission aligned strategy across federal cyber accounts. This role blends deep cyber mission understanding with strategic planning, customer engagement, competitive positioning, and pursuit leadership. The Lead serves as a strategic integrator, aligning offerings, capability development, and partnerships to advance growth in high priority cyber missions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end to end capture for cyber opportunities, including shaping, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and bid strategy
  • Develop win themes, discriminators, and technical/mission narratives aligned to customer priorities
  • Partner closely with pricing, delivery, contracts, and solution architects to structure viable, compelling proposals
  • Assess emerging cyber mission needs (threat trends, federal priorities, technology modernization) and translate them into actionable growth strategies
  • Build long range account and portfolio strategies that position the organization for strategic pursuits and new mission areas
  • Lead target-market segmentation, pipeline development, and investment planning
  • Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with senior cyber mission customers, including operators, acquisition officials, and CTO/CDO/CISO communities
  • Shape early opportunities through whitepapers, capability demos, solution concepts, and tech roadmaps
  • Guide cross-functional teams (delivery, solutioning, talent, pricing, legal) through capture gates and strategy reviews
  • Inform capability development investments across cyber analytics, defensive cyber operations, zero trust, cloud security, and mission platforms

  • Understanding of procurement approaches including OTA, IDIQ, BPAs, and complex RFP/RFQ processes

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
