Overview

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Possess the ability to install, configure and maintain Operating Systems.• Manage the installation and integration of systems fixes, updates and enhancements Conduct testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization and maintenance of hardware and software systems.• Provide support including end user assistance.• Perform functions such as manage accounts, network rights, access to systems and equipment; maintain systems configuration and backups.• Create and maintain documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).• Create, monitor and maintain backups/restoration of systems and files.• Conduct research of new and upcoming technologies.• Provide input for future systems and purchases.• Demonstrate general knowledge of enterprise frameworks and methodologies.• Possess the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.• Other duties as assigned.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One (1) years of professional experience with desktop Operating Systems, hardware and peripherals• Qualified experience in technical telephone inquiries and on-site support to employees regarding technical aspects of NEN assigned products.• This position is required to be designated as IAT II level. (Security+)• Must have a Secret clearance or higher depending on the contract requirements.
