Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong manufacturing background to help customers successfully integrate Path's autonomous welding systems into their production environments. This role is ideal for someone who understands manufacturing operations, production planning, and continuous improvement, and enjoys partnering with customers and internal teams to drive operational excellence. What You'll Do • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned manufacturing customers following implementation. • Partner with customer production, manufacturing, and engineering teams to optimize the performance and utilization of Path's robotic welding systems. • Collaborate closely with Deployment, Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to resolve production challenges and improve system performance. • Coordinate customer production planning and operational priorities to ensure successful adoption of Path's technology. • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing workflows, increase system uptime, and drive operational efficiencies. • Gather customer feedback and operational insights to influence product improvements and future development. • Monitor system performance and support continuous improvement initiatives across customer manufacturing environments Who You Are • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production operations, industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field. • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and operational excellence. • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, or other continuous improvement methodologies. • Comfortable working with technical products and collaborating across engineering and operations teams. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of a manufacturing organization. • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to identifying and resolving operational issues. • Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer manufacturing facilities. • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. • Passionate about advanced manufacturing, automation, and helping customers improve their production operations. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with industrial automation, robotics, welding, or manufacturing technology. • Familiarity with production KPIs such as throughput, uptime, cycle time, OEE, quality, and scrap reduction. • Experience supporting the implementation or optimization of manufacturing equipment or production systems.
