Become a Public Sector Renewals Sales Representative

As a Public Sector Renewals Sales Representative, you will enjoy unique flexibility. You will help shape the sector, target accounts, and drive retention strategy. You will be a sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit.

As a Customer Success Manager II, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing the full renewal lifecycle, including quoting, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Ensuring accurate renewal forecasting and tracking within the CRM system.
  • Fostering relationships with internal teams, distribution partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying and acting upon product upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitoring engagement to identify at-risk accounts and mitigate potential churn.
  • Collaborating with operations to identify and implement process optimization improvements.

Compensation

Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For US based candidates only - The On Target Earnings (OTE, base salary + commissions) for this position ranges from $100,700 - $181,300/year; a candidate's OTE is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary. The compensation package may also include equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
