- Learn about our vehicle lineup to confidently answer questions and recommend the right vehicle for each customer.
- Build relationships with customers and follow up to ensure an exceptional buying experience.
- Stay up to date on current inventory, incentives, and dealership promotions.
- Work with your team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM system.
What You'll Need:- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, fitness, or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
