Full Job Description
Your role at Clorox:

Drives and supports all analytics for the Clorox Cleaning Business on the Walmart Team. Will support and report to the NAM and support sales director in the selling and influencing processes.

In this role, you will:

Leads analytical support for the Walmart Cleaning team. Identifies key sales trends and opportunities:
  • Leverages syndicated/panel data to integrate a broad understanding of the marketplace
  • Assists in the development of category growth ideas
  • Develops category line reviews and merchandising presentations
  • Key contributor in internal and external planning
  • Conducts key ad-hoc analysis to help understand business trends
  • Handles sales/demand forecast
  • Assist Cleaning Sales Managers with regular sales/demand reports
  • Collaborates with multi-functional resources to deliver analytics that drive business decisions.

What we look for:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years analytical experience with a major consumer packaged goods manufacturer
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics, Syndicated Data (IRI, Nielsen) and Microsoft Office products.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and managing large datasets.
  • Ability to learn and understand customer specific data (i.e. SupplierOne, Scintilla)
  • Analytical thinker. Key to this position is the ability and willingness to work at a very task oriented level paired with the ability to interpret the big picture.
  • Ability to collaborate in a multi-functional team setting and work synergistically with others while exhibiting respect and positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Well organized with ability to prioritize and self manage workload; ability to take ownership of issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality even within Clorox organization.
  • Strong decision making capabilities

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

-Zone A: $90,900 - $170,100

-Zone B: $83,400 - $155,900

-Zone C: $75,800 - $141,700

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
