What is the role about?

The Customer Master Team Manager is responsible for leading the Customer Master team. This role maintains the integrity of customer master data while driving process improvements that support operational excellence. The Customer Master Team Manager combines team leadership, business analysis, and change management to support operational excellence, informed decision-making, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Which tasks will you perform?
  • Analyze the functioning of processes and suggest effective solutions to management
  • Collect and analyze company data to assist in making effective business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with representative partners and internal teams to foster collaboration, alignment, and shared success
  • As a change leader drive innovation and process improvement along the customer master process, to define the new standard of a rigid Customer Master within Endress+Hauser USA
  • Build an effective team through managing performance of team members; set clear performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, conduct thorough performance and contribution reviews

What do we expect from you?

You will have (required):
  • Associate's degree in a business-related field, or a combination of education and business experience that demonstrates higher level decision making based on judgement, education and experience
  • 2-4 year's experience leading and developing teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, integrated business systems, data entry and reporting tools, and general computer-based processes
  • Ability to work on-site and travel occasionally, approximately 2-3 times per year
