Full Job Description
The Customer Marketing Manager is a position within the Customer Marketing division of the Bell & Evans Marketing Department. This position is critical to the ongoing success of the organization and will drive product line and customer growth initiatives. This position reports to the Director of Customer Marketing and will work closely with the sales, marketing and new product development teams.

Key areas of responsibility
  • Strategize, execute and optimize data-driven campaign strategies for defined key areas (see below)
  • Create strategic omnichannel marketing campaigns for specific market segments to increase brand awareness and support company sales growth
  • Execute, monitor, measure, and report on the success and learnings from marketing campaigns
  • Stay informed of customer programming and discovery of new marketing opportunities
  • Maintain the Bell & Evans brand standard instore and online, collaborating with creative services on point of sale opportunities and customer teams to keep digital merchandising up to date
  • Formulate budgeting needs based on plans for key areas
  • Organize trade show exhibits and Bell & Evans' participation in promotional events that support strategic initiatives
  • Strategize and execute omnichannel new customer launch plans
  • Strategize and execute omnichannel new product launches within specific market segments
  • Act as marketing liaison for specific customers, participating in meetings, presentation preparation and occasional travel for customer visits or events
  • Establish and communicate timely project status updates and results versus defined KPIs


Experience
  • Perishable CPG background - protein preferred - poultry not required
  • At least 6 years experience
  • Proven record of follow through and execution
  • Extraordinary communication skills across all mediums and levels of the organization
  • Organized with consistent attention to detail
  • Analytical and reporting skills
  • Foodservice exposure a plus
  • Passionate foodie/lover of good food
