Role Purpose

Originate, sell, and deliverclientprogramsthat identify, validate, and scale new customer-led growth opportunities.SeniorManagers are responsible fordirectingthe strategic agenda,driving provocative and future-forward thinking, generating POV content,ensuring ideas are tested and refined with the right evidence, and guiding them to market launch and scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate c-suite level work within the Industrials sector, partnering across strategy and customer experience practices to bring integrated growth solutions to senior client leaders.
  • Partner with client executives to define growth priorities that align to customer needs and market shifts.
  • Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders, maintaining a consistent pipeline of business growth and customer innovation across a focused set of Industrials clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying high-value opportunities through customer insight, market analysis, and competitive scanning.
  • Leverage large-scale quantitative and qualitative data sets, including customer surveys, market intelligence, and financial modeling to size growth opportunities.
  • Pressure-test assumptions and build the evidence base for strategic recommendations across Industrials clients.
  • Apply structured analytical frameworks to prioritize growth initiatives across dimensions of market attractiveness, competitive differentiation, and organizational feasibility, translating complex, multi-variable inputs into clear, sequenced investment roadmaps for C-suite decision-makers.
  • Apply proprietary, best-in-class protocols to rapidly test and validate concepts with real and synthetic customer input.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on evidence, impact potential, and scalability.
  • Guide go-to-market and scaling strategies for validated opportunities.
  • Mentor team members to strengthen their strategic and client engagement skills.
  • Model a culture of rigor, curiosity, and client-centricity while coaching team members to strengthen both analytical and advisory capabilities in complex industrial contexts.

Basic Qualifications
