As a
Manager, Customer Growth Strategy, you'll help
Financial Services organizations uncover new growth opportunities, improve customer experiences, and develop strategies that create measurable business value.
Growth Strategy & Business Transformation- Partner with clients to develop growth strategies across customer experience, products, marketing, digital, commerce, and service.
- Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, operating models, and transformation plans.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, business performance, and competitive insights.
- Build business cases and value realization plans that help clients make informed investment decisions.
- Support the design and delivery of transformation initiatives that drive revenue growth, customer engagement, operational improvement, and market expansion.
Customer-Centered Innovation- Lead customer research and insight generation to uncover unmet needs, behaviors, and opportunities for growth.
- Apply human-centered design principles to develop new products, services, experiences, and business models.
- Evaluate opportunities using desirability, viability, and feasibility frameworks to identify the most valuable and practical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative working sessions with clients and internal teams to align on priorities and strategic direction.
Customer Experience & Journey Transformation- Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys to identify experience gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Define recommendations across people, processes, technology, data, and operating models to enhance customer experiences.
- Support clients in designing and implementing customer-centric transformation programs that improve business and customer outcomes.
AI-Enabled Growth & Innovation- Help clients understand the impact of emerging technologies, including AI, on their customers, business models, and growth strategies.
- Use AI-enabled tools and delivery methods to accelerate research, analysis, concept development, and strategic planning.
- Incorporate AI-driven insights into growth strategies while supporting responsible and effective adoption practices.
Leadership & Team Development- Lead workstreams and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, technology, data, marketing, and operations.
- Coach and mentor junior team members while helping create a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Partner across Accenture Song and the broader Accenture organization to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
- Travel up to 50% as required to support client engagements.
Executive Communication & Storytelling- Turn complex customer, market, and business insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Develop compelling presentations, business cases, and executive-level communications.
- Help clients build alignment around strategic priorities and investment decisions.
Basic Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience in growth strategy, customer strategy, innovation, business transformation, management consulting, or a related field within Financial Services.
- Experience developing and implementing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, customer engagement, market expansion, or operational efficiency.
- Experience leading workstreams and managing teams in client-facing environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in banking, payments, wealth management, insurance, or capital markets.
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing growth, customer experience, product, or business transformation strategies.
- Ability to build business cases, financial models, and value realization plans.
- Experience conducting customer research and applying human-centered design methodologies.
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience evaluating and improving customer journeys and experiences.
- Experience using AI tools or AI-enabled approaches within strategy, innovation, or transformation engagements.
- Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
