We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Delivery Manager to join our NI S&D CD NAM CD T-Mobile Program (L05) department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of network projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation. Your expertise in program management, coupled with your knowledge of Nokia's NI products, will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our Open Access customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead large-scale network delivery projects for Open Access customers, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, services, and business units, to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Nokia's NI products, including FWA, IP, and Optical solutions, and their application in network deployments.
  • Navigate and optimize Nokia's internal processes for ordering, delivery, and invoicing, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong executive-level communication skills to effectively engage with T-Mobile stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, reporting progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous improvement in project delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in network technologies to enhance project outcomes.


Qualifications

You have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in program management for large customer network projects, with a focus on hardware and services delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of Nokia's NI products, particularly FWA, IP, and Optical solutions, is highly preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of Nokia's internal processes, including ordering, delivery, and invoicing procedures.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders and build strong customer relationships.
  • Experience working across multiple business units and a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
  • PMI certification is an advantage, demonstrating a commitment to project management best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a good working knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
