The Opportunity

As a CTIO - AI Architect - Senior Manager, you will design and implement innovative technology solutions to meet clients' business needs within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will leverage your experience in analyzing requirements and developing technical designs to enable the successful delivery of solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success by applying sound judgment and recognizing when to take action or escalate issues.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures to enhance business performance
- Leading strategic planning and execution of innovative technology solutions to meet clients' business needs
- Analyzing business requirements and developing technical designs to enable successful solution delivery
- Leveraging cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure to optimize technology infrastructure
- Conducting business impact analysis and feasibility studies to inform strategic technology planning
- Facilitating brainstorming sessions and coaching teams to solve complex problems and drive innovation
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address integration challenges
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine solutions
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within enterprise architecture
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across solution architecture teams

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Engineering & Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Management of Technology

- Designing solutions that integrate IoT devices, sensor data, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and AI-enabled capabilities
- Applying AI, including generative and agentic AI, to create scalable solutions and new technology-enabled business capabilities
- Leveraging skills in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Demonstrating proficiency in Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture
- Utilizing strategic technology planning and innovation processes

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
