The Opportunity

The Program Manager will provide dedicated support to the CTO helping translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution across the organization. The role will manage key operational requirements, coordinate cross-functional priorities, drive follow-through, and support the effective delivery of strategic initiatives and organizational capabilities.

This role requires a proactive, highly organized and strategically minded individual who can operate with discretion, work effectively with senior stakeholders, and bring structure and clarity to complex priorities. The Program Manager will serve as an integrator, advisor and execution partner, connecting work across teams, establishing effective operating rhythms, identifying risks and dependencies, and ensuring commitments progress from decision through execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate priorities and translate leadership direction into clear actions, owners, timelines and expected outcomes.
  • Manage key operational requirements and establish effective operating rhythms, including leadership agendas, business reviews, decision forums, planning cycles and follow-up mechanisms.
  • Coordinate cross-functional priorities and dependencies to support integrated execution across the organization.
  • Ideate and drive strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, maintaining visibility into milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and outcomes.
  • Prepare executive briefings, presentations, talking points, reports and analysis to support effective leadership discussions and decision-making.
  • Capture key decisions and stakeholder inputs, track commitments and actions, raise barriers and ensure timely follow-through and accountability.
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational capabilities, governance, processes, tools and ways of working that improve effectiveness.
  • Partner with Finance, Talent, Operations, Communications and other enabling functions to coordinate business and organizational requirements.
  • Provide clear visibility into progress against strategic priorities, including risks, dependencies, capacity requirements and matters requiring leadership attention.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, coordination and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to the CTO bringing perspective, insight and constructive challenge to support stronger outcomes.

  • Significant experience in program or portfolio management, business operations, strategy, transformation or a related discipline.
  • Have a passion and love for transformation and innovation
  • Experience supporting a senior executive and coordinating priorities across a complex, global and matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated success establishing governance and operating rhythms, managing interdependent workstreams, and driving execution against strategic priorities.
  • Experience preparing executive briefings, reports, presentations and decision-support materials.
  • Experience within technology delivery, commercialization, innovation, customer success or a professional services environment is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn EY's operating structure, strategic priorities and leadership dynamics.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job is:
    • New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices - $167,100 to $300,900
    • Bay Area California offices - $174,100 to $313,400
    • All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento - $139,300 to $275,800
  • Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
