The Opportunity
In this role you will:
- Analyse external contractor bids to ensure client value formoney
- Create estimates and cost plans for key clientdevelopments
- Evaluate cost plans and project scopes to assess and addressgaps
- Maintain a library of current local rates for use in allestimates
- Optimize project costs against budget, including cost reviews, value engineering, andaccurateestimates to increase clientvalue
- Provideestimatingexpertiseand leadership throughout the design and construction stages of theprojects
- Build trust and credibility with partners across the business, from 3rd parties to client specialists to contractors andconsultants
- Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation andtimelycommunication

The salary range for this role is between $83,000 and $120,000 but actual salary
