- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree plus 11 (eleven) years of relevant experience or a Master's degree plus 9 (nine) year of relevant experience or a Doctoral degree plus 7 (seven) years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree plus 13 (thirteen) years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.
- Degree must be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics (including Applied Math); or a related field (i.e., other Engineering or Math) with at least one programming and at least 4 (four) upper-level math classes (Calculus and above).
- Relevant experience must be in a computer science area (i.e. theoretical or applied),
designing/developing/using/evaluating mathematic models, methods, and/or techniques (e.g., algorithm development) to study issues and solve problems, engineering (electrical or computer), and/or high performance computing.
Compensation Range: $76,000- $167,000Compensation ranges encompass a total compensation package and are a general guideline only and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, candidate's scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and alignment with local market data.
