Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Full-Time

Location: Tampa, Florida Area

Key Responsibilities: As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during ophthalmic procedures, including cataract, retina, and glaucoma cases. Your primary duties will include:
• Providing pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative anesthesia care, utilizing eye blocks, topical anesthesia, and light sedation.
• Conducting thorough patient assessments to prepare for monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitoring and managing patient recovery, addressing immediate post-operative needs.
• Collaborating closely with ophthalmologists, surgical teams, and fellow CRNAs to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
• Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA (will train for ophthalmic-specific procedures).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and high-quality care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Benefits and Compensation:
Competitive Salary: Annual salary range of $250,000-$325,000, based on a 4-5 day work week.
