Full Job Description
Banner University Medicine Tucson is growing and seeking a CRNA Manager to join our anesthesia care team serving the vibrant communities of Tucson and Southern Arizona. Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented; dedicated to providing excellent care in challenging situations and be able to work independently as well as an integral part of a team. You will be a key leader in the department and as such, would be expected to lead a large team of CRNAs, clinically manage and evaluate patients, assist with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, interpret diagnostic tests, prescription of medications, consultation, research, and education of SRNAs. We proudly offer opportunities for CRNAs to practice in OB with a commitment of one weekend day per month that is included in FTE not in addition to. This position thrives in an open culture of communication with multidisciplinary physicians, residents, and other clinicians for a collective team approach to safe patient care.

Position Details:
Salary of $275,000 + incentives
• Key leadership position to support the Anesthesia service line
• Provide leadership to foster a collaborative & supportive work environment
• Work to uphold Banner's strategic mission to support recruitment and retention
• Reviews and manages team schedule
• Lead regular CRNA team meetings, performance management, and HR duties
• Work closely with both department and hospital leadership to develop the team

Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years of CRNA experience, leadership experience a plus
• Current Board Certification and Arizona CRNA License (or eligible)
• Up-to-date CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• PALS
• Experienced and graduating CRNAs are encouraged to apply
• Experience in Epidural and Spinal Anesthesia for OB.
• Responsible for performing general and monitored anesthesia services across a broad scope of the health continuum in an anesthesia care team model
