Job Description
Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesEvery day, you will provide a safe anesthetic experience for assigned patients under the guidance of the attending provider. You will also promote teamwork with Operating Room personnel, physicians, and other departments.
To be successful in your role, you will demonstrate exceptional expertise in anesthesia administration and management, ensure rigorous adherence to Surgical Standards and Recommended Practices, and proactively foster teamwork within the Operating Room and across departments to achieve optimal patient outcomes and efficient surgical operations.
- Balanced Schedule: Working Monday-Friday 7a-3p, No Weekends required.
- Diverse Caseload: Working with a wide variety of cases, OB experience is a plus.
- Advanced EMR: System-wide utilization of EPIC.
- Trauma Center Affiliation: Southwest Arkansas's sole Level II Trauma Center.

Job Requirements Required - Active RN and APRN (CRNA) License in the State of Arkansas, or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.
- Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists by date of hire
- BLS, ACLS certifications
