Qualifications

• Valid AZ CRNA license or in the NAR process required.
• Experience with trauma, neuro, ortho, regional anesthesia, GI, and spine cases preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently with full autonomy in practice.
• Excellent team collaboration skills, especially in a trauma center environment.
• Commitment to professional growth and utilizing available resources.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a wide variety of cases, including trauma and complex surgeries.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide perioperative care, including pre-assessment and post-anesthesia recovery.
• Document anesthesia care and maintain accurate patient records.
