WHAT YOU'LL DO - Help build out and lead a formalized critical care service - developing protocols and case-management standards in collaboration with our ER and specialty teams
- Manage complex and critical patients requiring advanced monitoring, stabilization, and intervention
- Effectively communicate and work with staff members in a positive team driven approach to maximize patient care and client satisfaction
- Communicate with referring veterinarians
- Participate in ongoing professional development. Our specialists work closely with developing doctors through mentorship - including our structured EDGE program, which offers ER doctors hands-on and didactic rotations through specialty services.

REQUIREMENTS - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Diplomate, American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care (DACVECC)
- Ability to attain VT Veterinary License
