Veterinary Criticalist

Burlington Emergency & Veterinary Specialists in Williston, VT

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Help build out and lead a formalized critical care service - developing protocols and case-management standards in collaboration with our ER and specialty teams
  • Manage complex and critical patients requiring advanced monitoring, stabilization, and intervention
  • Effectively communicate and work with staff members in a positive team driven approach to maximize patient care and client satisfaction
  • Communicate with referring veterinarians
  • Participate in ongoing professional development. Our specialists work closely with developing doctors through mentorship - including our structured EDGE program, which offers ER doctors hands-on and didactic rotations through specialty services.
