Full Job Description
This position is accountable to provide leadership within the eCommerce team effectively serving APCI Federal Credit Union's (FCU) existing and emerging initiatives in accordance with APCI Federal Credit Union's (APCI FCU), NCUA, Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. and other relevant policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements.

Nature and Scope: This position is a member of the APCI FCU's eCommerce team and reports to APCI FCU's Director of eCommerce. You will be a subject matter expert and provide training and assistance for APCI FCU's electronic service and card payment programs.

Responsibilities include supporting and guiding the Credit Specialist, Debit Specialist, Electronic Transfer Specialist, Digital Solutions Specialist, and eCommerce Support Specialist. You will be accountable to provide electronic and digital banking support for existing and emerging eCommerce services.

Required Skills / Abilities:
  • 3 years of experience with electronic and digital banking services and card payment solutions is required.
  • Strong customer (member) service skills, be a creative thinker, problem solver and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as proficiency with Word and Excel.
  • The ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of the eCommerce team.


Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of APCI FCU's products and services with ability to clearly explain their value, features, and benefit to current or potential members.
  • Represent APCI FCU in a courteous and professional manner which supports APCI FCU's mission, vision, and reputation.
  • Assist the Director of eCommerce in the development, deployment, and administration of APCI FCU's electronic service and card payment programs. Provide back-up support for eCommerce staff.
  • Provide leadership and guidance acting as a role model to all eCommerce staff through training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team and bring operating synergies across platforms that encourage process efficiencies, improvements, and use of best practices.
  • Assist with ensuring APCI FCU's eCommerce products and services are continually available and deliver no less than expected user experience. Provide support for APCI FCU's growing suite of electronic/digital banking services.
  • Work with third party partners to open service tickets, communicate issues to be addressed and ensure that vendors are accountable and timely in resolving concerns.
  • Stay current with existing and emerging fraud trends to be able to identify and mitigate fraud on member accounts and to be able to assist and educate members who are experiencing fraudulent situations.
  • Perform other duties and complete projects as assigned by the APCI FCU President/CEO, CFO, CMR, CCL or Board of Directors.


Minimum Hiring Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • An Associate Degree in business or finance is required or a minimum of 5 years of financial institution experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 3 years of experience with electronic and digital banking services and card payment solutions is required.
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record is required.
