Job Description:As a Marketing Solutions Consultant Analyst, you'll combine strategic thinking, customer understanding, data-driven insights, and emerging technology to help organizations accelerate growth and deliver meaningful customer experiences.
Credera will provide you with the tools, mentorship, and training to jumpstart your consulting career. You'll quickly begin contributing to client engagements while building a strong foundation across marketing strategy, customer experience, analytics, and business transformation.
What You'll DoDepending on your client engagement and project, your responsibilities may include:
- Conducting customer, market, and business research
- Supporting marketing and customer experience strategies
- Analyzing data to uncover insights and opportunities
- Facilitating stakeholder interviews and working sessions
- Supporting customer journey and experience transformation initiatives
- Developing presentations, recommendations, and client deliverables
- Evaluating marketing technologies and digital capabilities
- Leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies
- Presenting insights and recommendations to client stakeholders
- Translating complex information into actionable business solutions

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, Psychology, Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Demonstrated academic achievement
- Leadership experience through academic projects, internships, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to relocate to a Credera office location
- Willingness to travel based on project assignments
$80,000-$85,000
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
