The Creative Solutions Manager is a key contributor responsible for supporting cross-functional creative initiatives across Brand and Creative (B&C). This role partners with stakeholders and internal teams to coordinate project intake, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and creative standards.
You will support intake, discovery, and project setup, help manage project lifecycles, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders and project teams. Working closely with senior team members and leadership, you will assist in evaluating project needs, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs.
This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with moderate complexity. You will operate with general guidance on new assignments while independently managing day-to-day responsibilities.
Essential Job DutiesStakeholder Management- Support stakeholder communication across creative initiatives.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal partners.
- Provide regular status updates and ensure alignment on project expectations.
- Escalate risks or issues to senior team members as needed.
Brand & Creative (B&C) Management- Manage and support the intake process (e.g., Workfront), ensuring accurate documentation and routing.
- Assist in project initiation activities including briefing, discovery, and kick-off.
- Support evaluation of project requirements and feasibility in partnership with leadership.
- Maintain project records and ensure proper documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Program & Project Execution- Develop and maintain project timelines and track progress against milestones.
- Coordinate with Creative Project Managers (CPMs) and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Support quality assurance (QA) reviews to ensure creative outputs meet brand standards.
- Assist with project execution across multiple initiatives, flexing to meet team needs.
Risk & Issue Management- Identify potential risks and issues and communicate them proactively.
- Support resolution of project challenges with guidance from senior team members.
- Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on delivery timelines.
Communication & Collaboration- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders across functions.
- Tailor messaging appropriately for different audiences.
- Contribute to presentations, project updates, and team discussions.
Process Improvement & Operational Support- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and team efficiency.
- Support implementation of process improvements and tools.
- Contribute to documentation and standardization of processes.

QualificationsRequired Skills, Experience, and Training- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Solid program/project management skills, preferably within creative or marketing environments.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira, or similar).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
candidate's qualifications, consistent with applicable law.
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
