The Compliance Quality Assurance (CQA) Project Manager leads Financial Crimes program administration, modernization, and project management activities supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Economic Sanctions, and broader Financial Crimes Compliance objectives within the Independent Risk Review Assessment (IRRA) second line organization. The Project Manager partners with IRRA, CQA, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and business line stakeholders to drive initiatives that strengthen governance, streamline processes, enhance reporting and documentation, and improve program effectiveness. This role identifies improvement opportunities, supports practical solutions, and communicates project status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables clearly to management and stakeholders. While not a people manager, the Project Manager may coordinate, guide, and provide feedback to team members or stakeholders supporting assigned initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than eight years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Advanced knowledge of developing applications, workflows, and reporting within the Microsoft 365 Power Platform

- Advanced knowledge of Financial Crimes Compliance laws, regulations, regulatory trends, and risk management practices.

- Advanced Risk, Compliance, Audit, and project/program management competencies.

- Strong understanding of business operations, systems, data, reporting, workflows, and related risks.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, facilitate change, solve problems, and drive sustainable process improvements.

- Experience supporting program modernization, governance routines, reporting enhancements, automation opportunities, or technology-enabled compliance initiatives.

- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex information for management.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, and reporting or workflow solutions.

- Professional certifications such as CRCM, CAMS, CIA, PMP, or related project/program management certifications are preferred.

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
