- You will serve as the Chief of Staff in the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Program Office supporting Navy's hypersonic capability.
- You will exercise delegated authority over a highly technical, workforce.
- You will coordinate and unify a staff of supervisors who oversee advanced interdisciplinary engineers, senior program analysts and program managers.
- You will exercise authoritative persuasion to resolve critical disputes over resources and scheduling among competing national defense programs, ensuring the CPS hypersonic mission maintains absolute priority.
- You will ensure all interdisciplinary efforts (engineering, science, intelligence, finance, and security) are seamlessly integrated to meet aggressive, Congressionally mandated fielding timelines.
QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
NH-03 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Leading a large senior/diverse team of both military and civilian employees by managing decisions, strategy and organizational effectiveness to meet mission objectives and absolute priority.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: Program Management Series 0340
