The Tijuana River Valley sewage crisis involves complex, overlapping challenges spanning public health, environmental monitoring, infrastructure, and binational coordination. Describe your direct experience managing or leading a large-scale environmental, public health, or water/wastewater crisis, including any public engagement with affected communities.
