The Country Store & Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to help us fulfill our mission of enriching lives through high-quality pharmaceutical care, engaging retail experiences, and superior customer service.
Located on Country Manor's 25-acre Sartell campus, our pharmacy offers a unique opportunity to serve:

Pharmacist Responsibilities:
- Dispense and bill for medications, following prescriptions issued by physicians, dentists and/or other authorized medical practitioners.
- Maintain records, such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, charge system files, inventories, control records and registries, narcotics and controlled drugs.
- Provide information and advice to physicians, nurses, other health care providers and patients regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage and proper medication storage.
- Plan, implement and maintain procedures for storing, mixing, packaging and labeling pharmaceuticals according to policy and legal requirements to ensure quality, security and proper disposal.
- Advise customers on the selection of medication brands, medical equipment and healthcare supplies.
- Establish relationships with customers.
- Review prescriptions to assure accuracy, to ascertain the needed ingredients and to evaluate their suitability.
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotation, providing pharmacist support during overnight and weekend hours.
- All other duties as assigned.
Pharmacist Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy and licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of MN by the State Board of Pharmacy.
- Must accumulate 30 hours of continuing educations credits biannually.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
