The Opportunity:
As a CACISOFETOPS Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst, you will provide direct CI support to HUMINT analysis and operations within ARSOF CSUs Sensitive Activities Mission Management Cells (SAMMC). You will contribute to Sensitive Activities (SA) case management through comprehensive CI assessments and assist with debriefing activities in support of ARSOF CSUs in accordance with DoDD 3305.15, DoDD 5148.13, DoDD 3115.09, and DoDD 5240.01. You will integrate CI capabilities into the training, planning, and execution of SA in support of operational units of action. You will deliver accurate, relevant, and timely analysis and assessments on threats to ARSOF SA. Responsibilities include identifying counterintelligence gaps, defining collection requirements, evaluating intelligence collected in response to those requirements, drafting Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), and providing quality control and quality assurance. You will produce datadriven, quantitative, and qualitative intelligence products that support seniorlevel decisionmaking and drive operational planning. You will also conduct multisource research and analysis to generate intelligence and operational products that enhance situational awareness and risk understanding for ARSOF CSUs and SAMMCs. Additionally, you will support Identity Management Program execution and assist in the implementation of enhanced Operational Security Measures and Signature Reduction programs.
Responsibilities:

Provide CIfocused mentorship to ARSOF clients and assigned contractors.
Support CI risk assessment/validation panels when tasked.
Analyze multidomain intelligence to develop risk assessments supporting SA pathway development for ARSOF and Theater Special Operations Commands.
Conduct allsource research, analysis, and target development using a variety of reporting platforms, processes, and databases.
Deliver tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft that produce timely, relevant, actionable, and clear intelligence and planning material for decisionmakers.
Develop detailed threat analyses and assessments across a range of national and global threats to identify risks, gaps, vulnerabilities, and recommended countermeasures.
Maintain readiness and availability to respond to emergent situations outside normal business hours.
Qualifications:
Required:
Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.
A minimum of 12 years of CI operational analyst experience.
Advanced understanding of CI and HUMINT operations, including support to collection, HUMINT lead development, HUMINT management, collection planning, and exploitation.
Experience with the HUMINT Operations Cycle, CI support to HUMINT operations, Asset Risk Assessment System (ARMS), Operational Risk Management processes, and Pattern of Life Analysis.
Experience with F3EAD targeting methodology.
Working knowledge of portals and other realtime or nearrealtime knowledge management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Desired:
Graduate of a SOCOMvalidated Identity Management Course.
Experience supporting a SOF Task Force, HUMINT Collection Team, CI Collection Team, or HUMINT Exploitation Team.
Ability to work independently with limited government oversight and operate effectively as part of a joint team.
Experience conducting intelligence analysis and planning in support of Theater Special Operations Commands.
Experience in a deployed environment conducting or supporting Sensitive Activities in support of SOF.

$82,100-$172,400
